Advertising Agreement

The contractor agrees to continue to conduct himself in a high professional manner and agrees to provide our clients with quality window bids free of charge. He also agrees to use the windowbid.com name in only professional, pertinent forms of advertisement.  The contractor assumes all risk and liability for using windowbid.com in his/her local territory, or any other territories agreed to here.

UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT…

The above listed company is hereby given full rights to the EXCLUSIVE use of the name windowbid.com in the agreed to 3-digit ZIP code(s) for the period of one year from date shown.

Pat Kelly & Associates agrees to EXCLUSIVELY provide the above listed contractor with ANY and ALL leads, without fail and in a timely manner, received in the contractors local territory or other territories agreed to here: ____________(ZIP)  ___________(ZIP) _________(state)

Pat Kelly & Associates agree to continue subscribing to “web-blaster,” the practice of exposing the name to national websites.  Pat Kelly & Associates will submit and rank the site nationally and will maintain browser submissions continuously for the term of the agreement.

Contractor may renew this agreement at his/her option for $4,400.00 securing two additional years.

He also agrees to use the ImprovementDeals.Com name in only professional, pertinent forms of advertisement.  The contractor assumes all risk and liability for using ImprovementDeals.Com in his/her local territory, or any other territories agreed to here.

Contractor further agrees to “tag” their normal advertising with the ImprovementDeals.Com name whenever it is possible. Although this is not an actionable requirement, all contractors in the “Local Group” are joining with the understanding that all participants are agreeing to do this in principle. Cheyenne Security cannot enforce this requirement, dealers cannot fault Cheyenne Security for dealers who fail to “tag” their advertising as agreed to, and said failure does not warrant a refund.
